How we choose

We pick places for their real interest, not for their commission. A hotel can be recommended without an affiliate link, and an affiliate link never buys a place in our guides.

Our sources

Practical details (addresses, opening hours, dates) are cross-checked with official sources: the Nice Côte d'Azur tourist office, the establishments' own websites, and the Michelin Guide for awards. Every guide shows its last update date.
